5 Denim On Denim Outfits From Olivia Palermo

EN: I've probably mentioned it like... a billion times on the blog, but my absolute favorite trend of all time, just has to be the "denim on denim" one. Honestly, i have worn the double denim combo so many times, that i don't even consider it a trend anymore. Denim paired with denim is actually a trully classic and timeless combination -for me at least. And with all of that being said, for today's post i thought that it would be a great idea to combine my absolute favorite trend (denim on denim), with my absolute favorite fashion icon (Olivia Palermo)!
So, here are 5 totally stunning and inspiring denim on denim looks, from the one and only, Olivia Palermo.
 Enjoy!

   Enjoy!

Double Denim

I don't know about you, but my all-time-favorite trend, just has to be the "denim on denim" one! I have actually worn this trend so many times, that i now see double denim as a classic combination, and not just as a trend that will come and go in no time.
And the main reason why i love this combo so much, is basically because it works as a neutral canvas, on which you can add 1) some colourful pieces in order to create fun and playful looks, or 2) some basic and staple pieces in order to create timeless and classic outfits, just like the one above. Plus, it only takes your favorite pair of (skinny) jeans and a cool denim shirt, to give this amazing trend a try! #awesomeness #pureawesomeness

So, what are your thoughts on double denim? YAY or NAY?
 Tell me in the comments!

What To Wear With A White Skirt

A white skirt is an absolute wardrobe essential that is perfect for the spring and the summer time, but can totally be worn during the fall or winter time, as well. It is actually one of those pieces that every girl has to own, since it's super versatile and practical. The combinations are literally endless, but here are some of my favorite ones:
   1) White on white. Just pair your favorite white skirt with a basic white top, add some accessories, and you are ready to go! So easy, so chic!
  2) Black, white, denim. Wear your white skirt with a denim top and a black blazer/cardigan, or just pair your white skirt with a black top and a denim shirt/blazer, instead. Easy-breezy, huh? Of course, you can totally skip the denim part and go for the classic black and white look!
   3) Print it up. Do you own a printed top that you have no idea what to wear it with? Well, the solution to your "problem" dear, is pretty simple! Just pair it with your white skirt, in order to make the print look less intense. Remember, it's all about balance!
But of course, if you need more inspiration on how you can style your white skirt, then just take a look at the gorgeous outfits down below!

What is YOUR favorite way to style a white skirt? Let me know in the comments!

New in: Denim Dungarees

They were so hot last year and now, they are trendier that ever! Dungarees are really in right now, and even though i've always considered them as a totaly-out-of-my-comfort-zone piece, i actually thought i'd give them a try this year. And as it turned out, i did the right thing!
I mean, those babies are so cool and comfortable that i can totally picture myself wearing them all summer long. Literally. And the best part is that you can pair them with all kinds of tops: t-shirts, blouses, buttoned up shirts... just everything!

                                                Denim Dungarees: Stradivarius

But, how about you...? Do you find dungarees awesome or awful...? Let me know in the comment section down below!

What To Wear With A Denim Dress

Since everything that is denim is considered as a wardrobe staple, such as a denim shirt/jacket/skirt/vest etc, then so is a denim dress, right? Denim dresses look really girly and fashionable, and they could be worn in so many different ways, since you can totally dress them up or dress them down.
Personally, i find that brown is the colour that flatters the most, every single denim piece. So this is why i believe that the best way to wear a denim dress, is by pairing it with a pair of brown shoes, a brown handbag and some brown accessories. But, if you feel like this is too much brown in one outfit, then just wear brown with beige or brown with red. The result will look so chic and modern. Trust me!
Also, if you need some other ideas on how you can style a denim dress, then just get inspired from the following pictures.
   Enjoy!

How would you style a denim dress? Tell me in the comments!
